Artificial Intelligence is revolutionizing HR practices by enabling automation, enhancing decision-making, and fostering personalization in workforce management. AI streamlines recruitment by reducing time and biases in candidate selection, ensuring a more equitable process. This study examines the transformative impact of Artificial Intelligence (AI) on human resource management. The research focuses on analysing the perception of HR managers towards AI-driven changes in HR practices and explores the relationship between their demographic profiles and viewpoints on AI's role. A sample size of 149 HR managers from Gujarat was surveyed to gather insights. The findings reveal that HR managers widely acknowledge AI's significant role in enhancing recruitment processes, reducing biases, and effectively measuring employee satisfaction and engagement. These results underscore the importance of integrating AI into HR practices to foster a more inclusive and efficient workplace. The study concludes that HR managers in Gujarat view AI as a transformative force in human resource management. They believe that AI significantly enhances HR practices, particularly in recruitment and employee engagement. AI's ability to reduce biases in candidate selection and provide accurate measurements of employee satisfaction and engagement has been widely recognized. These findings highlight the potential of AI to foster efficiency, inclusivity, and a stronger employee-centric culture in organizations.
